OKAY – I HAVE JUST BEEN GIVEN AN AUTENTIK GIFT CARD: HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY VOUCHER FOR A WORK OF ART?
1) Register on our platform and click on “Start session”.
2) After completing your registry, with “Apply coupon”, type in the code of your gift card or gift box.
3) The site will automatically state the value of your voucher and...
4) Now all you have to do is choose the autentikart work that you love!
5) If the price of the artwork you select is higher than the value of your voucher, just pay the difference using the platform.
6) You will receive your artwork within 20 to 25 days
Terms of use for the autentik gift card and the autentik gift box:
- The gift cards and gift boxes of autentikart are to be exchanged for art products available on the platform www.autentikart.com. The amount of the voucher may not be returned, or exchanged for another product other than those offered for sale on the site.
- The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from its date of purchase, and then expires.
- Amounts may be completed by the owner of the voucher for purchases of works with higher values.
- The voucher may be used only once, and loses validity after use.
- Amounts not used within six months will not be reimbursed or returned.
